Creating an Account
- Click "Sign Up" in the navigation bar
- Enter your email address and create a password (minimum 8 characters)
- Verify your email address via the confirmation link
- Complete your profile (optional but recommended)
Updating Your Profile
- Go to "Settings" from your profile dropdown
- Update your name, contact information, and professional details
- Save changes - they update immediately
Changing Your Password
- Navigate to Settings → Security
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click "Update Password"
Password tips: Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using the same password on multiple sites.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add an extra layer of security to your account:
- Go to Settings → Security → 2FA
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the verification code to enable
Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click "Delete Account" at the bottom
- Confirm the deletion - this action cannot be undone
Note: Any remaining token balance will be forfeited upon deletion.
