Manage your profile, settings, and security

Creating an Account

  • Click "Sign Up" in the navigation bar
  • Enter your email address and create a password (minimum 8 characters)
  • Verify your email address via the confirmation link
  • Complete your profile (optional but recommended)

Updating Your Profile

  • Go to "Settings" from your profile dropdown
  • Update your name, contact information, and professional details
  • Save changes - they update immediately

Changing Your Password

  1. Navigate to Settings → Security
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  4. Click "Update Password"
Password tips: Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using the same password on multiple sites.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security to your account:

  1. Go to Settings → Security → 2FA
  2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  3. Enter the verification code to enable

Deleting Your Account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click "Delete Account" at the bottom
  3. Confirm the deletion - this action cannot be undone

Note: Any remaining token balance will be forfeited upon deletion.
