By accessing or using aicvai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Security Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
aicvai operates a token-based system. Tokens can be purchased through the Platform using PayPal or other accepted payment methods. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice posted on the Platform.
Tokens are deducted from your account when you use AI services or unlock premium templates. Tokens have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or redeemed for any other form of currency.
Free users receive 3 analyses per day. These are tracked and reset daily. Premium users receive 100 analyses per day or as specified in their subscription plan.
Premium subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.
You retain all rights to your CV content. We do not claim ownership over any information, text, or files you upload.
By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services (e.g., AI analysis, CV generation, template application).
Important: We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information or CV content with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used only to provide and improve our services.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

The Platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by aicvai and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Templates provided on the Platform are licensed, not sold. Premium template unlocks grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use that template for your CVs.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Tokens in your account at termination are forfeited and non-refundable.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
AI-generated CV content is provided as a suggestion only. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and appropriateness for your specific situation. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall aicvai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless aicvai from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access the Platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
