Tokens are our platform currency. Each action uses a combination of:
Your total cost = (Platform Tokens + AI Tokens) × Token Price
per token ($0.20 per 1000 tokens)

AI tokens are calculated based on your CV length and complexity. On average:

No, purchased tokens never expire. They remain in your wallet until used.
AI token usage depends on your CV length. Longer CVs with more details require more tokens for processing. The platform fee (CV_PARSE_TOKENS, CV_ANALYSIS_TOKENS, etc.) is fixed regardless of CV length.
Token purchases are non-refundable as they are digital goods. However, if you experience technical issues preventing token usage, contact our support team for assistance.
Currently, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal accounts through our PayPal integration. More payment methods coming soon.
No, tokens are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that purchased them.
Any remaining token balance is forfeited upon account deletion. We recommend using your tokens before deleting.
